Calming Soaking Salts
Himalayan and Dead Sea Salts combined contain over 84 trace minerals, which help detoxify and cleanse the body, balance skin moisture, and help reduce muscle pain and stiffness. Epsom Salt is used to reduce inflammation, draw out toxins, ease stress, and relax the body.
Pour 3-7 heaping spoonfuls of salts (depending on bath size) directly into tub under warm running water. Use more salts for stiff and sore muscles. Soak for 15-30 minutes.
